Initial Naturopathic Consultation:

In our first meeting (which is roughly 1 hour 15 minutes) we will be creating the foundation for your healing. I am here to listen to your current concerns and put the pieces together to help you understand your challenges and create a plan for healing. In doing so, we will be assessing the possible root causes for dis-ease. A thorough assessment of your past and current state of health will be determined. This will include questions pertaining to your nutrition, digestive habits, sleep habits, stress levels, mental state, thinking patterns, mood, relationships, work, medications, supplements etc. Discussion of root problem and solutions will be outlined and treatment suggestions will be directed by the end of the first session. In some cases, more information is needed to treat, henceforth testing can be initiated.
